We enjoyed the convenient location near a subway line, making transportation very easy. The cleanliness of the hotel and wonderful gardens were standout features. We also appreciated the helpful staff.

This venue was amazing. I stayed in a room with a fantastic shower and an incredible view of the city. the staff were super polite, attentive and did everything they could to satisfy all my needs. the lounge was beautiful, providing a charming ambiance with stunning views of the city. the breakfast buffet was nothing short of outstanding. the gardens were breathtaking and there were different spa & wellness centers available.

Although the hotel was faultless, the location was a bit off-center, there weren't many shops or restaurants nearby, so it was challenging to find a place to eat outside the hotel after midnight.

This hotel has great accessibility as it is near a subway line making it easy to explore the city. the wonderful gardens surrounding the hotel provide a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere outside the bustling city center. the hotel can arrange a shuttle bus pick up to Naria airport, making your departure less stressful.

Although the hotel has good security with cards required in lifts and at the lobby level, their TV channels with lots of restrictions and no descriptions in English is a significant downside not meeting the needs of non-Japanese speaking guests.

This Christmas, my partner and I stayed at an amazing hotel in Japan. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, offering us a complimentary upgrade upon our arrival to a larger room and remembering that it was our anniversary and leaving a sweet note in our room. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access multiple subway lines. we loved the stunning Japanese-style gardens that the hotel had to offer, providing a peaceful escape from the busy city.

considering the price we paid for our room, we expected a little more space and comfort in the accommodations. Nonetheless, it was still a lovely stay overall and we are grateful for the attentive staff and beautiful surroundings.
